  • Powder Coating

    Powder coating is a electrostatic process that uses dry polyester powder to form a coating over metal substrates that is heat set. 


    This provides a tougher finish that conventional paints. 


    We have access to a range of different powders from epoxy-polyester to resin based, including antibacterial and quailicoat approved powders. This allows us to suit all of our customers needs.

  • Pre- treatment

    we offer a range of pre-treatment such as phosphating, zirconium conversion, zinc rich primer, etch primers and many more.


    The use of pre-treatment extend the the life of the surface, it allows better adhesion and gives better UV protection against fading. 

  • Huge Color Selection

    We have 100's of colour in stock.

    And if we don't have the colour you require we can get it.


    We have a wide range of powder suppliers that we work closely with, this means we can custom make colours to match your requirement. 

  • Sandblasting

    We also have an onsite sandblasting unit. We are able to deal with most components.
